JOB SUMMARY: 

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing new Correspondent and Wholesale relationships within a defined territory while also strategizing with existing clients to grow market share for Maxwell’s capital markets and technology product solutions. In this role, you will bring energy and engagement as a trusted advisor to your clients and will leverage partnerships across the organization to deliver an exceptional client experience and overdeliver on production and profitability.

WHAT THE ROLE WILL REQUIRE OF YOU:

  • Leverage referral partners to source prospects. Consistently maintain a pipeline of at least 30-40 prospects at all times
  • Maintain contact with Sales and Client Success regularly to solicit new business and be available as a consultant and professional resource
  • Strong knowledge of GSE/FHA/VA/USDA guides with NonQM and Jumbo a plus Partner with internal partners to monitor assigned accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes
  • Hold clients accountable to minimum performance standards with the ability to represent the firm professionally despite the news being delivered.
  • Coordinate with assigned Account Manager to develop account strategy and deliver growth
  • Act as liaison to problem-solve between Clients, Capital Markets, and Operations 
  • Partner across the organization to cross-sell other Maxwell products

  • Provide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; always uphold Maxwell Capital service standards and exercise good judgment.

We would love the following experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of related experience as a Wholesale Account Executive or Correspondent Sales Executive
  • College degree is strongly preferred
  • At least 10 years of prior mortgage industry experience

COMPENSATION:

The base salary for this role will be between $75-85K plus commission and will be determined based on experience and the industry standard within the Denver, CO market.
