What you will do

Reporting into Fire Sprinkler Operations, Fire Protection Solutions & Services, the Region Sprinkler Manager manages our fire sprinkler business for a large geographic territory comprised of multiple Areas. Provides direct and dotted leadership to our fire sprinkler teams responsible for sales, installation and service and inspire a high level of commitment to performance, growth and development. Partners with Area Management Teams to ensure strategic and tactical growth actions along with day to day operations are performed.

How you will do it

Manages the implementation and execution of fire sprinkler growth strategies, policies and procedures across all local markets within the Region territory, including sprinkler sales, service and installation operations.

Reviews work flows and optimizes staffing to enhance efficiency while improving internal and external customer satisfaction.

Provides leadership to our fire sprinkler team to include communication of mission and vision, mentoring, leadership skill development, goal setting, performance measurement and driving for results.

Drives efficient, consistent process capabilities by identifying process improvements to grow the fire sprinkler sales, service and installation.

Partners collaboratively with Area Management Team (AMT) leaders and colleagues across the business to enable enterprise success around critical operations processes and handoffs.

Responsible for monitoring operational analytics across the business operations functions to help manage and measure performance.

What we look for

Required

  • 10 years of experience in a field-based operations, sales or financial leadership position, in the fire sprinkler industry.
  • Solid business and sprinkler competence developed by experience or knowledge across sales, service, operations and administration.
  • Position requires business travel > 50% within USA.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration, construction management.
  • Previous direct P & L responsibility or financial background a plus.

    Ability to create and effectively communicate mission, vision and purpose across teams.
  • Strategic problem solver with ability to maintain enterprise mentality while working at a local level.
  • Ability to lead large teams through organizational and business process change.

    Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify areas requiring action for improvement.
