What will you be doing?

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Nexperia you:

• Proactively search for candidates through various media channels.
• Write and post recruiting advertisements. We appreciate creative vacancy content!
• Manage the talent pools and ensure that candidates are informed about new vacancies.
• Select your incoming applications by suitability.
• You are in close contact with fellow recruiters and hiring managers.
• In short, a versatile varied function where you will have every opportunity to grow.

What are you bringing?

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree , preferably 1 - 3 years of agencies experience.
• Familiar with basic recruitment processes.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proactive, result driven and importantly with great passion in talent acquisition.
• Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills.
