Regional Training Partner

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Regional Training Partner to join our team. 

The Regional Training Partner will help facilitate the timely and successful training of new veterinary technician/assistant hires as well as “up-skilling” existing team members. The ideal candidate will have strong veterinary nursing and mentorship experience, and they must be willing to travel. 

• Play an active role in Bond Vet’s business expansion into new markets and regions.
• Travel to Bond Vet’s newly launched and existing clinics and act as a mentor to veterinary nurses and veterinary assistants in new markets.
• Lead the training of nurses and assistants to ensure consistent delivery of high quality medical care and to foster a culture of continuous learning and teamwork in new Bond clinics.  Anticipate traveling approximately 50-70% of the time. You will spend 3 days or more per week in the clinics mentoring team members, 1 day in our NYC HQ (if NYC based), and 1 day remote.
• Iterate on Bond’s playbook for doctors and nurses to establish scalable processes for new clinic launches.

• Prior experience as a Lead Veterinary Technician.
• At least 4 years of related experience with an emphasis on project management in the Veterinary Medicine space. 
• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating keen problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Prior specialty or ER background is a plus. Completion of an internship (DVM) or experience training interns (LVT) are preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• The proven ability to take initiative, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in an operating role in a fast-moving environment is preferred.
