  • Manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and sub-consultant relationships to support market expansion and pursuit success.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitor analysis, funding insights, buyer identification, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data integrity to ensure accurate visibility into market opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, associations, and thought leadership activities to strengthen market presence and credibility.
  • Collaborate across teams to coordinate sales activities and ensure consistent execution of regional growth priorities.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 12+ years of experience in business development, client growth, or market strategy within AEC, consulting, or professional services.
    • At least 5+ years in a senior leadership or market-facing growth role.
    • Proven success driving regional or national market expansion and managing complex client relationships.
    • Strong understanding of transportation, infrastructure, or related public/private sector markets.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
    • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-partner pursuits or alliances.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
    • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making preferred.
    • Master’s degree or additional certifications in business development or strategic planning are considered an advantage.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive executive-level compensation aligned with experience and market scope.
      • Opportunity to lead high-impact regional growth strategy in a nationally recognized organization.
      • Fully remote flexibility with preference for candidates based in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast region.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • Retirement savings plans and long-term financial security programs.
      • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave benefits.
