Regional Treasury Network Partnerships Manager

The Network Partnerships team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Aspire by establishing and nurturing strategic payment infrastructure alliances. Our team serves as the enabler unlocking payment products payment rails paymodes as well as building and expanding a robust payment network that aligns with the evolving needs of our clients and the overarching vision of the company.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Treasury Network Infrastructure Partnership manager to support and drive our payment network partnership efforts. You will be responsible for driving our treasury network partnership and fostering strategic partnerships. Your main focus will be to bring in and build a strong network of treasury partners including banks and PSP in the region. Furthermore you will play a pivotal role working together with product commercial and compliance teams in defining Aspire's product and partnership roadmap based on business and customer needs regulatory environment and the demands of financial network partners.

Drive regional treasury network partnership:

• Coordinate with regional and local teams and work closely with product and commercial teams on business requirements and the needs of network partners.

• Develop execute and optimize a comprehensive treasury network partnership plan in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Partnership Evaluation and Selection:

• Work cross functional with product compliance payment operation and legal to evaluate payment partners based on strategic fit capabilities and alignment with Aspire's values and vision.

• Support and lead discussions and negotiations with partners to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationship with network partners:

• Initiate and nurture relationships with banks and non-banks to build a robust treasury network infrastructure.

• Be a point of contact connecting regional and cross-functional teams internally and externally to understand and facilitate requirements and solve problems

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of partnership experience working at or with fintechs financial institutions / banking partners

• Good understand of treasury network partnership and set-up regarding global and local payment and collection

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant internal and external dependencies.

• Strong analytical critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Good communicator with ability to drive conversations and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
