Join our Sales team as a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for an exhilarating opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on the Western US territory. If you have a passion for selling cutting-edge healthcare SaaS solutions and are eager to make a significant impact, this is the perfect role for you. Take ownership of a large and influential region, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing invaluable support to our operations and sales teams.
What you'll be doing:
  • Craft a visionary strategy to fuel recurring revenue from new and expansion customers in our western enterprise market
  • Contribute to the development of our company's overarching strategy, making your mark on the future of our organization
  • Hire, train, and promote an exceptional sales team, fostering a customer-centric, fast-paced, and collaborative culture that exceeds your revenue targets
  • Forge strong partnerships across internal teams, ensuring seamless messaging alignment and operational coordination that sets us apart from the competition
  • Collaborate with finance and revops functions to shape pricing and discount policies and procedures that resonate with our target audience
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions that showcase the immense value of our services to our esteemed partners
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the sales team's focus and pipeline, enabling you to provide accurate forecasts and anticipate and navigate potential obstacles in our path

What you bring:
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible sales experience, including a minimum of four years in sales leadership, expertly managing a team of quota-carrying sales executives.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required, while an MBA or graduate degree is highly desirable, underscoring your commitment to continuous growth
  • Track record of success, demonstrating your prowess in selling SaaS-based solutions through a consultative, value-selling approach; it's a plus if you've sold specifically to hospital C-suite and clinical leadership
  • Proven expertise in negotiating complex, whole solution deals, showcasing your ability to navigate challenging scenarios with finesse
  • Dynamic leadership abilities that shine through your coaching and mentorship, empowering your team to reach new heights of excellence
  • Demonstrable success in training & enabling new and existing sales team members, evidenced by improved sales performance metrics, increased team productivity, etc.
  • Superb strategic account planning, forecasting, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling you to captivate audiences and secure pivotal deals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, leveraging your adaptability to excel in an ever-evolving landscape
  • Resilience and an unwavering drive for achieving exceptional results, propelling you to surpass expectations and leave a lasting impact
