Team: Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Vice President based in the United States.

This executive leadership role holds full P&L ownership across a large, multi-state region spanning approximately 50 branches. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer experience while aligning local execution with enterprise-wide strategic goals. Acting as a key leader in a distributed, field-based organization, you will coach and develop District and Branch Managers to deliver strong results across sales, service, safety, and sustainability metrics. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership, with frequent travel across the Western U.S. You will play a critical role in integrating acquisitions and strengthening organic growth through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. Success in this role is defined by EBITDA growth, operational consistency, and high-performing local leadership teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full regional P&L responsibility, driving EBITDA performance through disciplined management of revenue, cost structure, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop District and Branch Managers to ensure consistent execution across sales, service delivery, safety, and customer experience KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze branch-level dashboards, identifying performance gaps in revenue, profitability, and productivity, and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in partnership with finance to ensure accountability across all operating units.
  • Drive Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), ensuring data-driven discussions, actionable countermeasures, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Strengthen sales execution capabilities by coaching leaders on sales methodology, performance management, and pipeline development.
  • Partner with M&A teams to support acquisition integration, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment of new branches.
  • Champion employee engagement and leadership development, including succession planning, talent assessment, and high-potential identification.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards, fostering a strong culture of accountability and risk prevention.
  • Act as a regional ambassador in industry and customer-facing events, reinforcing brand reputation and market presence.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
    • 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in a multi-site or distributed operating model.
    • Proven track record leading large, field-based teams across sales, operations, and customer service environments.
    • Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of EBITDA drivers, cost control, and operational efficiency levers.
    • Experience coaching and developing leaders at multiple levels, including frontline managers and senior operational leaders.
    • Demonstrated success in driving performance improvement across complex, geographically dispersed organizations.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in using performance dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 – $315,000 annually.
      • Annual performance-based bonus and equity participation.
      • Full comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
      • Paid time off and holidays.
      • Company-provided vehicle program and related field support benefits.
      • Strong investment in training, leadership development, and continuing education.
      • Opportunity to lead a large-scale, high-impact regional organization with acquisition growth exposure.
      • Collaborative, field-oriented culture focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
