Short Description
The Cooper Health System has recently established Cooper University Dental Health, a new comprehensive dental care program located on campus of Cooper University Hospital at the Center for Comprehensive Health, 3 Cooper Plaza in Camden, NJ. The Center for Comprehensive Health is a multidisciplinary health center that has a strong and well-established reputation for state-of-the-art patient care that now includes comprehensive oral health โ general dentistry, dental hygiene, and outpatient oral surgery. We are seeking a Full Time Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional hygiene care to our patients

Dental hygienists collaborate with dentists, dental assistants and office administrators to manage patient appointments and provide custom care for each patient. Performs technical skills for oral health and patient education for oral health maintenance. ย Perform a range of dental treatments, maintain equipment, and help patients feel comfortable when receiving dental work

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Experience Required
Proficient with computer dental software platforms, Experience with EPIC Wisdom a plus. ย Will train provide training for dental software used by Cooper
ย
0-2 years experience required
3 + years working in dental health care environment preferred
Education Requirements
Associates degree required
Bachelors degree preferred
Degree in dental health care
License/Certification Requirements
Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in NJ
Special Requirements
Communication โ Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
Computer โ proficiency with using Microsoft Outlook, Word
Ability to teach/educate oral hygiene for persons of diversified background/education โ Spanish speaking a plus
