An Executive couple in Scottsdale has an immediate need for a mature, seasoned, experiencedRegistered Nursewho embraces healthy living, wellness, has physical strength to assist the gentleman, and a service heart. Catheter care experience is amust. This is a newly created full-time role, year-round with benefits. Our client loves to discuss sports and history. A shared interest would be nice! When not assisting with medical needs, the rest of your time will be spent performing errands, helping with life, making or picking up prepared food (very basic meals), and some driving very basic tech and administrative skills required. The client resides in Scottsdale for 6 to 7 months each year. This role offers flexibility to be based in either Scottsdale or Milwaukee, with travel to the alternate location depending on seasonal needs. You will be responsible for securing your own housing and vehicle in your primary city of residence.The client will provide afurnished, off-site hotel apartmentfor you (and your partner)andvehiclefor your use while working in the secondary location. Our clients are prepared to pay up to $200,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus a year-end performance-based bonus and benefits. We are open to an immediate start.If you're eligible for a year-end bonus at your current role, we're open to including abonus buyoutas part of your offer. Additionally, we're open to discussing a$5,000starting bonuspayable after 90 days of employment to support a smooth and motivating transition. Interviews are available immediately.
