Registered Nurse (RN)

A New York City-based healthcare network is looking to add a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to their group home in Brooklyn. About the Opportunity: • Start Date:ASAP • Assignment Length:Ongoing (Contract to Hire)0 • Schedule:Monday to Friday • Hours:7am to 3pmor8am to 4pmor9am to 5pmor10am 6pm • (flexible based on the needs of the group home) • Patient Population:Adults (IDD / Medically Fragile) • Patient Volume:10 per day Responsibilities: • Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues • Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness • Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of • Monitor care during medical hospitalizations • Provide initial and ongoing training in all delegated nursing tasks or functions • Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: • NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Desired Skills: • 1+ year of Nursing experience • Experience working with the IDD population
