As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. Position: Registered Nurse Reasons to work at Edenbrook Yeadon • Starting pay between $42-48/hr., based on experience. • Tuition Reimbursement/ Loan Repayment up to $5,250 a year • Employee referral bonus of $750 paid out after 90 days Responsibilities: • Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident. • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. • Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care. • Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities. • Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care. • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
