Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Position Summary

The Registration /Pre-Registration Representative is responsible for completing all registrations of patients presenting for procedures, admissions, or the ER. The Representative must collect and verify demographic and insurance information to accurately identify and bill the patient for their services. Excellent customer service must be maintained with all patients and co-workers. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Saddleback Medical Center. *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of Medical Office/Admitting/Registration or equivalent healthcare experience preferred

• Computer skills required.

• High School Graduate preferred

• Medical Terminology preferred.
