Registrations Coordinator

We are looking for an organized Registrations Coordinator to join our U.S. Registrations team. Our team oversees the employee onboarding and registration process for all new Jane Streeters. In this role, you’ll help manage a variety of daily tasks and projects across the team, and learn how to manage the moving pieces that keep our firm’s systems running smoothly. 

While your day-to-day in this role will vary, the main responsibilities of this position will focus on Non-Registered Fingerprint (NRF) onboarding, updates, and terminations, as well as RepTracker maintenance, background check coordination, and employee file setup. Your work will help ensure that all of Jane Street’s employee recordkeeping runs smoothly. Due to the nature of this work, you will also be exposed to the wider operational arm of our firm and work closely with the Legal + Compliance team.

While we’re open to individuals from varying backgrounds, we’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. No financial background required.

• 2+ years of corporate administrative experience preferred
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Understands the importance of getting the little details right
• Passion for organizing data and experience with, or an interest in learning about, complex internal databases
• Supportive and reliable team player with a collaborative mindset
• Able to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree required
