Regulatory Gaming Compliance Specialist

• Support regulatory engagement activities by preparing responses to regulator inquiries requests examinations and audits.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting across jurisdictions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and interpret regulatory requirements translating them into clear guidance for internal stakeholders with oversight from senior team members.
• Maintain and update documentation of regulatory requirements reporting obligations and key timelines across jurisdictions.
• Track and communicate reporting deadlines submission statuses and regulatory updates using internal tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Legal Compliance Product Analytics and Operations to support alignment of systems workflows and reporting with regulatory requirements.
• Support new market and product launches by contributing to regulatory readiness efforts and tracking applicable requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and escalate relevant changes to support updates to compliance policies processes and product features.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance legal or a related function within a highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting the interpretation of regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced evolving environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and support regulator-facing interactions.
• Experience in gaming sports betting iGaming or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel Google Suite and collaboration platforms (e.g. JIRA Confluence Slack).
