Regulatory Lawyer (Internal Audit CNBV)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key activities:

• Conduct audits of processes as per CNBV and PwC/Audit Committee standards.
• Ensure adherence to CNBV prudential requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Administer the OGC budget and oversee financial planning and control.
• Act as the ICO Point of Contact (PoC) for legal matters.
• Manage redelegated purchasing within the OGC framework.
• Perform analysis and reporting on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) for the Company.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance with the Compliance Calendar for FMC/FCM.
• Monitor financial and banking regulations published in the Official Gazette.

• Law degree
• English: advance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of CNBV regulations and prudential requirements.
• Proven track record in audit processes and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
