We are looking for a Reimbursement Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks
- Work cross-functionally (e.g., Customer Success, Sales) to ensure we meet/exceed company goals
- Answer all patient calls and email inquiries to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues related to insurance billing.ย
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Use proactive problem-solving skills to create and offer solutions to customers of varying complexity
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients by telephone and email
- Results oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality
- Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes smoothly
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with healthcare professionals across a variety of roles (physicians, care team members, pathologists, etc.)
- Possess a very positive attitude and an understanding of the dynamics involved with organizational growth and change
- Prior experience working credit balances
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate Tempusโ Values by acting with integrity, respect, and trust
- Bachelorโs Degree or Associate's Degree with 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle / billing operations
- Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish)
- Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Google Suite (e.g. Sheets, Docs)
- Zendesk experience a plus
- Experience working with virtual teams a plus
