Relationship Executive

Do you like to leverage your investment expertise and build relationships with clients? As a Relationship Executive, in our newly established Wealth Management organization, you will get the opportunity to make a difference in our client's lives! You will serve as a senior ambassador playing a key role in cultivating growth and loyalty for high profile clients with $25M+ in assets under management. You will join a team focused on creating a client centric ownership model consisting of a Client Executive, Relationship Executives, a Client Manager, and a team of Relationship Managers located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Relationship Executives partner with Relationship Managers to discover clients' wealth management needs and align those needs to various components of the Wealth Management offer.

In this role, you will:

• Manage complex relationships with existing High Net Worth clients. Support strategy planning for a book of business. Track growth opportunities, contribute to business planning activities, and drive client retention and loyalty through strategic and consultative guidance.
• Proactively assess client needs through strategic planning and consultations. Recommend service and operational enhancements.
• Resolve complex client issues related to products, services, or processes. Drive the development and implementation of personalized and comprehensive approaches to a client's wealth management needs through: personal advice, tax and estate planning, personal trust administration, family legacy education, philanthropic giving, cash management, private equity, and fully paid lending.
• Leverage experience and internal network to determine creative solutions for clients, often requiring cross-functional collaboration and cross-team ownership. Use advanced knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services compared to our competitors. Strategically positions Vanguard's products and services and enhance client loyalty.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

• Minimum of eight years related work experience. Five years experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management strongly preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• CFP or CFA required
• Series 7, 63, 65 or 66
• As a Relationship Executive, you can anticipate travelling to visit clients up to 25-30% of the time!
