Partners rely on RS Service to drive product engagement and brand recognition. By calling, emailing, and educating potential users, Relationship Specialists make customers aware of the tools and resources available to them. What you will do in this role:
- Engage and educate clients' contacts on the resources available to them via existing partnerships through phone and email outreach, to drive product utilization.
- Become a System Matter Expert in our web-based products to provide an in-depth solutions overview promoting services to contacts.
- Make a high volume of calls per day to assigned contacts to meet customer commitments to drive awareness and utilization of business advisory services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to create meaningful and engaging conversations with contacts about Human Resources, Health Care, Cyber, and Retirement business best practices.
- Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Call Quality, Client Utilization, and Case Load Productivity.
- Collect product and service testimonials from our contacts to share with our partners.
