The Opportunity:
- The Relativity SME is an expert in the front-end of Relativity.
- The Relativity SME trains users, assists with searches, helps organize workspace data, and assists the LSS’ with their expert knowledge of the Relativity application.
- The Relativity SME solves issues, administers the Relativity workspace template, and deploys upgrades when appropriate.
- Lastly, the Relativity SME assists with Relativity upgrades and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advance-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys, investigators and to the Litigation Support Specialists, including providing guidance on Active Learning.
- Work with the agency’s technical support group to resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation.
- Work directly with Relativity’s staff as needed to resolve software specific issues.
- Play a key role in testing Relativity software releases as well as setting up and establishing templates, views, scripts or workflows used across all workspaces or across the workspaces of an entire division.
- Draft and maintain documentation, including training documentation standard protocols, processes, workflows, and lessons learned.
- Perform Relativity trainings, including one-on-one and classroom style to both end-users and LSS.
Qualifications:
Required:Â
- Five (5) years of progressively more advanced Relativity experience.
- A minimum of two (2) Relativity certifications, including the RCA.
- Experience using LAW Pre-discovery.
- Experience in providing litigation support.
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ten (10) years of litigation support experience.
- Relativity Master.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
