Job Description 

The Release Coordinator is an instrumental member of the Enterprise Applications team, helping to ensure that a solution meets user needs and that it can be released into the target production environment with minimal deployment issues. The coordinator works closely with the entire project team to review overall functional and non-functional requirements, while keeping a user’s perspective in mind. Activities in this role will include analyzing non-functional requirements and technical designs, translating functional requirements into test cases, identifying defects, and driving them to resolution. The coordinator will help coordinate the release of key deliverables requested by business stakeholders. The Enterprise Applications & Data Governance team manages enterprise cloud platforms, including Salesforce and ServiceNow, which power the business and require ongoing support and enhancements. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Review requirements and design specifications 
• Advise Project Management, Business Analysts, and Development Team regarding requirements and design testability. 
• Be an outspoken advocate for QA best practices during all stages of the project. 
• Support multiple teams for delivery of code, and non-code work, items. 
• Ensure data quality and integrity of work items (Epic/Feature/Story) owned by team members. 
• Participate in team Stand-up meetings and perform retrospectives on completed work efforts/iterations. 
• Improve cross-functional communication and ability for team to self-organize and execute. 
• Develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure testing coverage over the duration of a project. 
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and business users to understand use cases and requirements, to better advocate for business users. 
• Collaborate with project and business teams to reproduce, analyze, and document software defects. 

Required Qualifications 

• 3+ Years of experience working as a QA Analyst in an Agile work environment, or similar experience in a business operational support role in the company’s industry. 
• 3+ Years of experience using and/or supporting users on SaaS cloud platforms, preferably Salesforce or ServiceNow 
• 1+ Years of experience using Azure DevOps (preferred), JIRA, or other Agile work item tracking system. 
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation/visual communication skills. 

Education and Experience: 

• Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional experience in a software development environment or operational support role. 
• A thorough understanding of the operational processes of an enterprise sales organization
