Release Manager, Senior

Mission Focus: NT Concepts is seeking a Release Manager to support the DoD enterprise Military Housing system. This complex system of 34 web-based modules is used by over 10,000 active users to meet the housing needs of over 2.5 million service members, DoD civilians, and their families.

Clearance: Active DOD Secret clearance required

Location/Flexibility: Must be local to the DC Metro area. This position offers remote flexibility with occasional onsite work in Dulles, VA

Responsibilities: 

• Document requirements into user stories, design documents, and testing plans.
• Develop website mockups
• Work with various stakeholders eliciting requirements. 
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of presentation
• Lead DevOps teams
• Write test plans and performing various type of software testing
• Work with Atlassian Work Management tools (Jira/Confluence)
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree & 10 years of relevant experience
• Current and valid Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Current and valid Security+ certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to document requirements into user stories, design documents, and testing plans.
• Experience creating mockups of websites.
• Prior experience as a Software Release Manager
• Experience working with project management tools and presenting to customers/stakeholders.
• Experience writing test plans and performing various type of software testing.
• Experience with Atlassian Work Management tools (Jira/Confluence)
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Computer programming skills a plus

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
