Reliability Engineer

Collaborate with Capital Delivery and Project Engineering to facilitate Design for Reliability (DfR) and Design for Maintainability (DfM) of new and modified installations. Participate in the final inspection and commissioning validation of new equipment installations. This involves sign-off of Function Testing and performing Baseline inspections. Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA) Program Owner: Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine the ACA Program to prioritize maintenance efforts by asset risk including Critical Spares, Material Mix/Max, Daily/Weekly Maintenance Scheduling, RCM Analysis priority, Equipment Replacement Strategy input (Infrastructure for Conagra ??) Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) Program Owner: Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine the RCM Program to determine effective asset maintenance strategies based on identified failure modes, effects, consequences, and the risk they pose both internally and externally.

• Facilitate RCM Analysis workshops on the top 5% of facility assets by critically raking. Note: Best practice is that 15% of facility assets are ranked as "A" on a ABC scale. Adjust your assets accordingly to your system.
• Utilize statistical tools such as Weibull Analysis to determine failure rate curves associated with betas of 1. These are Decreasing Failure Rate (DFR), Constant Failure Rate (CFR), and Increasing Failure Rate (IRF) respectively.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to develop failure mode driven maintenance procedures based upon RCM Analysis results.
• Coordinate with asset owners and maintenance management to secure understanding, approval, and endorsement of maintenance strategies.

Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) Program Owner: Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine the CbM process. These include the following:

• Vibration Analysis (VA)
• Infrared Thermography Mechanical (IR-M), Electrical (IR-E), and Stationary (IR-S)
• Motor Circuit Analysis / Electrical Signature Analysis
• Oil Analysis (OA) / Tribology
• Ultrasonic Emission (UE)
• Non-destructive Testing (NDT). This includes the following, but not limited to:
  • Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UT)
  • Dye Penetrant Testing (DP)
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MP)
  • Radiographic Testing (RT)
• Visual Testing (VT)

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $104,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
