Reliability Engineer 2

We're currently looking for a Reliability Engineer 2 to join our team in Stanfield, Arizona.

This role will be responsible for conducting a wide range of vehicle testing from planning stage to completion at Nissan's Arizona Test Center.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

• Test planning and estimation of necessary resources
• Work with technicians to conduct a wide variety of Reliability & Durability testing at the proving ground or on public roads
• Perform root cause analysis of detected concerns
• Develop countermeasures through collaboration with Design and Manufacturing teams
• Report test status and concern investigations to Director level and above
• Inspect vehicles at manufacturing plants during prototype build events
• Create and update test standards based on market correlation, customer usage/expectation trends, and benchmarking
• Target setting for future vehicles based on data analysis and market investigations
• Evaluate digital prototypes with CAD software
• Domestic and international travel (up to 25% of the time) may be required to complete the job functions above

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in related engineering field
• Minimum of 1 year professional-level experience in related engineering discipline.
