Your Role

  • Support the Facilities department with daily operations to administrate and perform scheduled PM's and maintenance work for utilities and process equipment.
  • Support change controls, CAPAs, deviations, and associated documentation revision.
  • Schedule facilities maintenance activities for internal technicians.
  • Perform preventative maintenance events when required.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Work cross functionally with Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive project completion and deliverables and implement reliability improvement initiatives, such as equipment modifications, process enhancements, and technology upgrades.
  • Maintain maintenance procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for equipment and facilities activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors in securing and processing documentation.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant reliability and facilities engineering experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CGMP guidelines.
  • Experience with clean rooms.
  • Experience with process equipment and utilities such as WFI, USP Water, Clean Steam, Clean Compressed Air, Nitrogen.
  • Knoweldge of reliability engineering principles.
  • Ability to identify and address complex reliability issues.
  • Experience with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) is preferred.
  • Experience in ISO 7 or ISO 8 clean rooms is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel is preferred.

Pay Range (dependent on experience) $85,000 - $114,000
