Here's the Gist:

Serve as a lead reliability engineer to oversee the planning and execution of reliability testing to qualify new technologies for SiC modules.

The Day-to-Day:

• Design and execute reliability test plans based on market segment needs, customer mission profiles, and industry test method references
• Compare new technology suitability to existing product lifetime models
• Manage and maintain a reliability test queue, working with other members of the product development team to understand priorities and meet deadlines
• Keep the department appraised of new technology efforts and their impacts on overall reliability.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or applicable field, advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with power electronics or reliability engineering
• Thorough knowledge of qualification standards, failure mechanisms, and accelerated life testing methods
• Understanding of applied statistics and experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Weibull++, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and personal relationship skills
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of efficiently tracking large amounts of data from numerous products simultaneously
