• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
• Advanced Jira & Confluence skills
• Established background in an Agile environment with a proven understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, user experience, development practices, testing, and deployment
• Experience with scrum ceremonies including Feature & Development refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retros
• Experience in Tech Story Prioritization based on Feature and User story prioritization as well as Backlog Refinement ceremonies with SME and Scrum Team
• Experience defining non-Functional requirements for Technology Stories
• Led and coordinated a team with story splitting utilizing the SPIDR approach
• Experience creating Process diagrams and business flow for Tech Stories
• Validation and approval of stories and Backlog ownership for integration scrum teams
• Experience managing issue defect progress
