In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating authorizations for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, actively engaging with providers to ensure efficient processing of requests. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing inbound inquiries will help maintain a seamless connection between providers and our team. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders and requires monitoring of multiple systems to ensure compliance and performance metrics are met. Accountabilities

  • Process electronic authorization requests.
  • Answer and assist provider calls for Behavioral Health services.
  • Validate HIPAA compliance and verify eligibility and benefits.
  • Utilize established workflows to make efficient non-clinical decisions.
  • Support holistic case management through effective coordination.
  • Research and resolve complex cases, including escalations.
  • Participate in assigned work groups and team meetings.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of related work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to project warmth and empathy.
  • Effective listening and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working across multiple PC systems and applications.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while meeting performance metrics.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Availability for an 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST shift, Monday through Friday.
