What You'll Do:
The Standard is making an industry-leading commitment to supporting its employees through change by establishing a robust enterprise-level Change Management Office focused on creating a consistent experience for our people in navigating change and transition.
As a Change Manager, you'll work collaboratively to establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and apply The Standard's customized people-centered change management methodology, ensuring adoption and sustainment of changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Change managers will help mature the discipline of change management across the company by:
- Leveraging the Standard's methodology to lead a consistent change strategy to ensure the unique needs of each change or transition are met
- Collaborating with leaders and partners across human resources, corporate communications, and planning and portfolio management to develop and implement change strategies
- Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables
- Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change practitioners in the organization
- Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology

The Skills and Background You'll Need:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies.
- CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, or ADKAR certified (preferred)
- Consulting capabilities (preferred)
- Agile and Lean experience (preferred)

Note: The Standard is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. The salary for employees working in Colorado in this role is listed below. The Standard's package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
- Please note, eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$74,400.00 - $138,900.00
