What You'll Do:

The Standard is making an industry-leading commitment to supporting its employees through change by establishing a robust enterprise-level Change Management Office focused on creating a consistent experience for our people in navigating change and transition.

As a Change Manager, you'll work collaboratively to establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and apply The Standard's customized people-centered change management methodology, ensuring adoption and sustainment of changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

Change managers will help mature the discipline of change management across the company by:

• Leveraging the Standard's methodology to lead a consistent change strategy to ensure the unique needs of each change or transition are met
• Collaborating with leaders and partners across human resources, corporate communications, and planning and portfolio management to develop and implement change strategies
• Facilitating the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables
• Modeling change management behavior and engaging in peer learning and coaching with other change practitioners in the organization
• Expanding and fortifying our change management methodology

The Skills and Background You'll Need:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies.
• CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, or ADKAR certified (preferred)
• Consulting capabilities (preferred)
• Agile and Lean experience (preferred)

The Standard's package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Salary Range:
$74,400.00 - $138,900.00
