Accountabilities

Control litigation costs and maintain oversight of legal files.

Serve as a trusted resource for the General Liability team.

Train claims personnel for consistent file handling.

Requirements

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in Large Loss Litigated Claims.

Must have passed the Bar exam.

Strong understanding of litigation processes.

Ability to provide legal advice effectively.

Experience in managing litigation costs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits

Competitive salary range: $110,000-$151,250.
