We are looking for a talented and proficient Associate to join our growing Client Success team. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, client management knowledge and account management experience.
Requirements
What will you provide?
- Provide insights and monitor client inventory and requests.
- Maintains account reconciliations on a weekly basis, or other frequency as required.
- Provide insights to help drive consistent account placements from assigned clients.
- Organize training for clients and communicating with both client and Aspirion departments.
- Communicate with clients to resolve escalated account, processing, and/or protocol issues.
- Escalate client complaints to direct report.
- Communicate with internal departments to assist in resolving client issues, tracking the interactions using the internal systems provided.
- Provide regular updates to internal team regarding Aspirion's performance.
- Analyze trends and report on key performance indicators.
- Interact with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure; remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensures any account projects are being worked in a timely fashion (e.g., rebill requests, aged account lists, provider relations spreadsheets, billing projects, etc.).
- Requests system access credentials and assist with system access issues and terminations.
- Serves as a backup for internal and/or external client calls in the absence of the lead CSM.
- Ensure we maintain relationships at the day-to-day supervisor levels within the client.
- All other duties as assigned to maintain company standards and client protocols.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of responsible client management experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of complex claims and/or denials management experience preferred
