This is a remote, 3-month contract position with potential for extension.

Description:
You will have a vital role in sourcing, screening and interviewing passive and active candidates by developing and executing strategic and efficient recruiting plans. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with organizations and communities to ensure that we are identifying and developing a diverse pipeline of candidates. Above all, it is your responsibility to identify, assess and select top talent into the organization. Your success will be measured by your ability to: achieve and exceed recruiting targets and improve the Veo recruitment brand.
An ideal candidate for this role will be people focused and operations driven and have a passion for research, recruiting, forging and maintaining relationships and recruiting process improvement.
The contract will be 3 months initially, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and executing the full life cycle recruitment process
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies via sourcing, screening, assessing and interviewing candidates across various functional areas
- Providing recommendations to improve recruitment and candidate assessment processes and frameworks
- Communicate and synthesize our culture and values to candidates
What we are looking for:
- 1 - 2 years of experience as an in-house Recruiter or equivalent work experience; with a preference for experience in the technology, operations and high volume industries
- Experience managing entire recruiting pipeline
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting team with a focus on metrics, data and efficiency
- Early stage, startup or high growth/high velocity company experience is a plus
- Greenhouse experience is a plus
