Position Summary We are seeking aRemote Customer Service CPA or EAto join our team. This role focuses on meeting with clients, answering questions, and ensuring their information is passed to the appropriate internal team. In many cases, once you’re familiar with a client’s situation, you may also review their completed return. This is a fully remote, flexible position with training and ongoing support provided by a seasoned EA who has thrived in the role.
