Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of, Parking, Transportation and Exterior Management, this position develops, coordinates, and assists with the implementation of initiatives and projects that impact all areas of Parking and Transportation operations with a focus on operational performance, developing, maintaining and publishing key metrics, staffing ratio benchmarking, project management, data analysis, budget and invoice management and process improvement. The Operations Analyst will assist in leading efforts to optimize resource utilization and support initiatives that drive enterprise parking and transportation improved processes, efficiencies, expense reduction and project management.

This is a Fully Remote Opportunity. Candidate may sit at any of the 48 States

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement and maintain key metrics and Dashboards. Optimize reporting from data collection systems and use other strategies to improve efficiency and quality of data.
• Develop and Query databases such as Cognos, the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Epic, and others. Filter and clean data, and review performance indicators and correct any data integrity issues.
• Q/A and publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly performance metrics and oversee publishing in Tableau or equivalent program.
• Perform practice performance benchmarking with industry standards to turn data into insight for higher quality business decisions or to determine interventions.
• Participate in "pushing" analysis and process improvement projects. Ensures proper operations follow through and identifies operational opportunities to improve services.
• Partner closely with finance in analysis and summary of key data. Create Monthly dash board on department finance and budget.
• Work with IT to develop and Q/A key data requests and other analysis or development of quality scorecards.
• Other duties as assigned
  

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field with competencies in data analysis, information systems, and computer science.
• Three or more years of experience of relevant data analytics including data management, data analysis and information systems. Demonstrated proficiency with information systems, programming skills and data base foundations, preferred. Experience can include tracking, data analysis, or related development field experience or a combination of institutional. Project management experience a plus.
