This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Delegated Credentialing Lead Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the delegation oversight processes. You will be responsible for selecting and retaining provider group accounts, conducting credentialing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will drive improvements in operational processes and contribute to the success of various projects. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key to achieving desired outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Perform delegation oversight and manage provider group accounts seeking credentialing.
  • Conduct audits for initial, annual, and interim credentialing assessments.
  • Negotiate and manage delegation contractual agreements.
  • Contribute to internal and external organization audits.
  • Analyze and manage delegated provider data.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory credentialing requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, credentialing, and contracting teams.
  • Support various projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of credentialing and/or auditing experience required.
  • Knowledge of NCQA and Medicare standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  • Proven project management and prioritization abilities.
