You will make an impact:

As the Director, Enterprise Software Business Development, you will be responsible for working as part of the Business Development Team in directly selling the elluminate platform and other related technology offerings to identified Enterprise targets. To be successful in this position, you will understand and embrace the sales process and understand the buying and selling process of the segment. You will have strong customer focus and be passionate about creating value for the targeted customers, which leads to profitable business for both. You will identify decision makers and influencers and ask the right questions to further the sales process. You will understand the challenges of the rapidly evolving market, and clearly, with passion, articulate how eClinical Solutions' technologies are the best fit to meet these challenges.

Your day to day:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets within targeted Enterprise accounts
  • Meet established KPIs to include direct customer meetings and product/elluminate demonstrations per month to build sales funnel and drive goal attainment
  • Demonstrate and clearly differentiate elluminate from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
  • Forecast and deliver revenue targets by achieving sales quotas consistently on a quarterly basis
  • Identify and work with partner channel to develop strategies to gain traction at assigned Enterprise targets
  • Work with Executive VP of Business Development and eCS Marketing in identifying potential outreach, events, and/or campaigns to help develop assigned territory in support of meeting set sales objectives
  • Document activity and opportunities in Salesforce/CRM system and utilize opportunity strategy documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant Enterprise software / technology sales experience, preferred
  • Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business in a complex solutions sales process
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience selling to companies with over 10,000 employees
  • Ability to travel 2+ days a week
