Accountabilities

Own product outcomes for your teams — not just delivery.

Servant Leader to SAFe/Scrum cross-functional teams, mentoring, managing, and leading direct reports.

Coach and elevate Product Owners to connect features to business value and measurable results.

Identify, mentor, and grow senior development leads into development managers.

Drive AI as a product capability and development practice.

Encourage best practices in development, testing, DevOps, and software architecture.

Interface with all parts of the business, translating strategic intent into engineering scope.

Guide personal and career development of your people.

Ensure teams work together and that each person has a voice.

Foster a culture that encourages learning, trust, and bravery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.

Foundation in software development with experience in production software.

Experience in regulated compliance environments such as PCI DSS or SOC 2.

Comfort with owning product direction and shaping what gets built.

Effective delegation skills and detail-oriented when necessary.

Inquisitive and eager to learn with a desire for continuous improvement.

Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted development adoption.

Understanding of B2B2C business value creation.

Innovative, action-oriented energy in driving change and inspiring colleagues.
