You will develop and oversee the delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy (awareness / thought leadership / campaigning / events / PR/partnerships). You take responsibility for the prioritization, planning and execution of marketing initiatives within your region with your team. Youโre passionate about bringing a fast-growing B2B SaaS FinTech to the next level.ย
This leadership role reports directly to the RVP Marketing USA and has a tremendous opportunity to make a huge, direct impact on the success of Backbaseโs ambitious growth objectives.
How about you
- 5+ years of experience in a role of similar scope of leadership and responsibility;
- B2B SaaS experience essential. Bonus: a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape and ecosystem. However, a can-do mentality is of more importance than many years of experience;
- Ability to leverage partner ecosystems to build brand awareness and curate leadgen opportunities;
- Excellent strategic marketing planning skills, and know how to bring a compelling marketing plan into execution with your team, aligned with the sales teams;
- Lead integrated Account-based Marketing programs with your team in alignment with the sales leadership to reach their ambitious goals;
- Responsible for driving the demand generation engine of the Americas region with your team, optimizing all our PPC efforts as well as engagement and conversion of our website;
- Good understanding and experience with the modern marketing stack, which includes Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn and various PPC channels relevant in reaching B2B audiences;
- You are an exceptional communicator - professional level written and verbal communication in English.
