Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a REMOTE IAM Security Analyst to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI.

Duties for this position will include:

Security IAM Analyst

*At least three years of Identity and Access Management experience or similar operations model working in a fast paced and transformative corporate environment

*Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight as you will be call to exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for resolving issues

*Strong understanding of managing Microsoft Active directory including user account creation, associated attributes, groups, group membership, file shares while working within a multi-domain environment

*Experience working with the SailPoint or similar system

*Experience work with Service Now

*Strong communication skills to allow for effective communication with the end-users

*Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions

*Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions

*This includes administering the core IAM solutions, ensuring adherence to and providing feedback on procedures in the area of Identity and Access Administration, Access Provisioning,

*Will perform daily operations of access requests and administration processes,

*Account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from creation to termination for employees, non-employees, and other partners

*Position is predominately 8AM-5PM M-F US Central

*May work remotely temporarily anywhere in US.
