Position Purpose:
The Manager, Marketing Automation is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating effective marketing automation and lead management programs. This role will manage the Marketing department's technology stack and system integrations, including platforms needed for demand generation, lead management, and lead nurturing. The role will also maintain the sales and marketing databases in Salesforce.com, partner in developing campaign strategies, and support marketing analytics.
This individual must have a strong ability to lead and interface with various teams including other Marketing teams, IT, Sales, and outside agencies to optimize marketing automation software to achieve the team's goals. This position will drive Marketing tactics consistent with the company's strategic goals with direction from the Director, Marketing Operations.

Key Job Activities:
• Manages Marketing Operations projects and initiatives focused on implementing and optimizing the MarTech (Marketing Technology) ecosystem• Acts as SME for MarTech identifying areas for process improvement and optimization, where appropriate• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing system integrations between CRM, Marketing Automation Tool, Middleware, and Website• Partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Sales Operations and IT to implement people, process. and technology related to improving funnel conversion• Manages the transition of Marketing Operations capabilities and the Marketing performance measurement framework and systems through Stericycle's ERP roll-out• Configures key elements of the Marketing software and related platforms including list segmentation and tracking, lead scoring logic, campaign logic/development, and reporting/analysis • Builds reports capturing key metrics using a variety of tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau • Owns ongoing maintenance and oversight of Marketing systems/integrations, including ensuring all Marketing-related campaign emails are prepared, deployed and delivered on time, creating content landing pages using content management system, organizing and leading ongoing meetings to facilitate planning and execution, managing of datasets within platform, and identifying opportunities to improve performance such as optimization, personalization and testing.• Manage new business technology proposals through the planning, implementation, and roll-out while managing stakeholder expectations and adhering to strict deadlines.• Administers the Marketing lead management process within the automation platforms and software programs. • Ensure Stericycle's websites and back-end Marketing-related lead flow systems are running smoothly and effectively. This includes the management of vendors and multiple systems interacting together.• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding programs, campaigns and results. • Develop and maintain sound working relationships with vendors. Understands strengths and weaknesses of each. Ensures projects are managed appropriately and funds are spent wisely. Drives process and efficiency improvements in all ongoing initiatives.• Acts as a lead for more junior members on the team• Ensures high quality, timely roll out of programs through effective collaboration.• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Education:
Preferred Education: in Bachelor`s Degree
Experience :
Education & Experience• Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent.• 4+ years' experience in a Marketing role, preferably B2B services environment.• 4+ years' experience working with Marketing automation software
Licenses and Required Competencies• Certification in marketing automation tools preferred• Strong project management skills
