JOB DESCRIPTION
What does a Supply Chain Manager do at Green Dot?
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing all the technical setups required to mail packages from any of our card personalization vendor and being the subject matter expert on product configuration related to embossing records generated by all GDOT products. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring new items marketing and business teams develop are configured, tested, and ready to receive emboss records to mail per project timelines. You will also be the main point of contact when there are mail impacting errors and troubleshooting root cause. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and reporting vendor KPI's for all SLA's around error monitoring, mailing timeliness, return mail, emboss records, re-issues, expedites, Direct Mail & Winback mailings.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you can look forward to:
- Acting as a liaison between Supply Chain, Business, Product, and Financial Processor teams to provide technical solutions for business and market requirements.
- Leading product setup with our card personalization vendors to ensure new items are setup and configured appropriately prior to going live for all business channels (Direct, Retail, TPG, BaaS). This includes end-to-end fulfillment testing and BOM validation.
- Attending weekly vendor calls to ensure internal business strategy and latest information is being shared with vendors that could impact vendor readiness to mail. Ie. communicating forecast changes, BOM changes, product configuration updates, etc.
- Working closely with the Direct division to coordinate Direct Mail and Winback mailings. Ensuring capacity reservation at vendors is appropriately allocated and requested mailing items are tested and live and forecasts are loaded into Oracle and GDOT proprietary systems.
- Creating reports and dashboards that KPI's and metrics business units require. Confirmed mailings, return mail, embossing count, tracking delivery, and managing backlog.
- Having working knowledge of back-end database logic and product configurations so that troubleshooting and validating item setups can be done as well as troubleshooting errors so that resolution dev tickets can be created.
- Working with all levels of Green Dot to resolve technical data issues and other Supply Chain / data / systems issues which may negatively impact the customer.
- Identifying and resolving technical and logistics issues by identifying root cause of problems and utilizing appropriate problem-solving techniques to address and resolve.
- Defining and analyzing operational reports to measure performance of processes and vendors.
- Driving ongoing process improvement efforts - identifying opportunities, evaluation of options, and implementing changes - for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

You have excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels. You have experience with MS Office suite especially Excel, Access and Power Point. You are able to display creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
Required:
- BA/BS in an analytical field
- 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales, production or project management
- 2+ years' experience working with data analysis and technical implementations, familiarity with payment processing systems and methodologies
- Ability to write simple to intermediate SQL queries to extract data from databases.
Preferred:
- MBA/MS desirable.
- Experience working with card personalization vendors such as FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, or experience with Card Pro Connect.
- Experience using Jira ticketing system
- Experience with the ASCP module of Oracle or another supply chain management / planning system such as SAP APO, JDA, Syspro, preferred.

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $86,900 to $132,700 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
