JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Operations Manager
The Marketing Operations Manager reports to the business unit's Vice President of Marketing and collaborates closely with other members of the Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital, Direct Mail, and CRM teams, as well as the organization's account management, supply chain, finance, data analysts, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for the Walmart MoneyCard solution. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be simultaneously responsible for project management across functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives. This will include working closely with Product team to identify gaps in the product and oversee their implementation. They will be highly analytical and have a keen eye for detail, with a focus on driving operational efficiencies, process improvements, and successful campaign execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the central marketing operations point person, managing all operational aspects and resources in the delivery of integrated Walmart MoneyCard marketing campaigns and programs.
- Manage the day-to-day marketing campaign planning process, focused on project kick-off, budget planning, vendor management, creative briefs, stakeholder approvals and campaign performance.
- Identify product gaps, prioritize product features based on ROI and project manage their implementation.
- Coordinate internal teams, including data and analytics, brand, compliance, legal, finance and IT to define marketing objectives and requirements to develop and execute efficient and effective campaigns and programs.
- Manage and maintain detailed documentation of all marketing processes, workflows, data requirements, and technology system configurations.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on marketing campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, and ongoing tracking/reporting of ROIs.
- Coordinating with external agencies to deliver effective campaigns that meet goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee service level agreements, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience working with retail marketing, digital media, and CRM platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations management.
- Proven record of successful project management and process improvement.
- Experience developing and managing budgets.
- Experience working in cross-functional marketing organization.
- Experience with MS Office, iProcurement, and Jira project management software
- Strong understanding of marketing mix and ROI analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision making.

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $80,300 to $122,700 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
