Your Specific Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospects through cold calling/emailing; talking and messaging
  • Chat with leads via SMS and email to follow up and close deals and set appointments.
  • Set appointments for leads to talk to an Account Expert.
  • Grow customer accounts through low ticket sales
  • Meet monthly and weekly sales goals (Setting appointments and making sales)
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service
  • Answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
  • Successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team as well and input ideas

This is a dual role, where up to 40% of your responsibilities will be via chatting (SMS), emailing leads, and other back office tasks.

Our team will provide you with

  • Thorough sales training programs valued at $100,000+ USD – step-by-step processes to close deals.
  • Mentorship – Guided 1:1 support in your learning journey.
  • Sales process strategies to be discussed and collaborated on with our success team, so you can close many sales as possible.
  • There is no cap on commissions. Your earnings will highly depend on your performance.
  • The amounts stated below are averages collected from performance statistics of current team members.
  • $ Monthly Income Range (USD) from Hourly + Commissions
  • Training Stage: $150-$300
  • After completing training, your earnings will depend on ​​Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows:
  • Average Performance Level: $800-$1500/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,600-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,500-$3,000+/month
  • No limit on commissions

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 6mo in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • C1-C2 English (Spoken near-native or native)
  • Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
  • Full-Time Availability

Requirements

  • C1-C2 English with Native/Near Native Pronunciation
  • Proven experience of at least 6mo in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
  • Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
