  • Establish baselines for key product and operational metrics and align opportunities to metric-driven outcomes
  • Conduct Product Discovery efforts around new opportunities to identify different solution options, rapidly test key assumptions, and align around a solution specification ready for Product Delivery
  • In collaboration with Tech Leads, iteratively shepherd solutions through Product Delivery via our agile product development lifecycle
  • In collaboration with our Platform Experience team and relevant operational groups, create release plans and execute change management as needed for new features to drive user adoption
  • Measure outcomes of delivered solutions and regularly report on progress to CPO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Prevent and unblock roadblocks to meet quality standards, project timelines, and business objectives
  • Manage the long-term road map, involving sales, marketing, customer success, the service line GM, operational leads, clients, prospects, partners, technology, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology leadership to evolve our product development lifecycle and operating model
  • Team with designers, engineering leads, data scientists, business SMEs, other product managers, and key stakeholders to win as a team
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety, empathy, and excellence within the Product team and the Compass Platform product squad
