What to expect:
Our Sr. Recruiter for Sales directs complex talent searches, handling the entire recruitment process, from strategizing hires and sourcing approaches to nurturing candidate & hiring manager relationships. They maintain meticulous records, offering tailored solutions based on data, industry expertise, and personal insights in the business area.
Day to Day:
- Spearhead consulting services for hiring managers, serving as the go-to expert for staffing and recruitment strategies, advice and education.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, fostering strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless alignment across all stages of the hiring process.
- Evaluate, interview, and present top-quality candidates to hiring managers based on their proficiency, skills, and cultural fit.
- Craft and execute strategies with both business goals and candidate experience in mind.
- Independently cultivate and oversee relationships with customers, including HRBPs, hiring managers, and senior leaders. Deliver regular updates and conduct status calls tailored to hiring managers needs, encompassing reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to guarantee that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs, and tools consistently generate a pool of skilled talent for open requisitions.
- Maintains proactive and regular communication with both leaders and candidates throughout the entire process.
- Guarantees a positive candidate experience and exercises discernment in situations that diverge from standard practices.
- Engages in client/TA projects stemming from staffing strategy or business changes.
Sought-After Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience in a high volume, fast paced recruitment function
- Demonstrated history of providing mentorship or serving as a peer resource for colleagues with less experience on the team.
- Manages relationships with multiple customers to foster consensus and facilitate decision-making; proactively and consistently promotes alignment in a matrixed environment.
- Welcomes and adeptly navigates change.
- Demonstrates a track record of operational excellence, problem-solving, and leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement within the client/organization.
- Capable of establishing, managing, and leveraging relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Utilizes data to offer insights to hiring managers on areas for opportunity and growth, applying these insights to drive alternative methods and solutions beneficial to all parties involved.
