What You'll Do

The SitecoreArchitect is responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating with projectteams developing on Sitecore, and for orchestrating changes to the Sitecoreplatform. This ideal candidate ensures the high-quality solutions to meetbusiness needs that enable Capgemini teams to sustain and grow our presencethrough sound technology leadership. Specifically, the Architect understandsand contributes to the Sitecore strategy for assigned accounts and ensures thatall projects are appropriately attuned to the strategy, as well as facilitateimplementations and assist with troubleshooting issues. Should have adeep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Sitecore bestpractices, and retain the ability to implement and execute standard softwarearchitecture practices.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of MicrosoftASP.NET and 5+ years of Sitecore MVC platform development experience with deepunderstanding of the Sitecore Helix design pattern
• Expert-level knowledge ofWCM technologies, headless content management and web services
• Knowledge of JavaScriptSDKs (React, Angular, Vue) and Mobile SDKs, while leveraging REST based layoutservices that provide no additional markup
• Certification and/orproficiency with
• SitecoreExperience Platform 8, 9
• ASP.NETMVC/Web API
• Object-oriented/architecturaldesign patterns
• Infrastructure design andarchitecture including cloud architecture considerations
• Deep understating of CI/CDtools and processes
• Experience with SitecoreCommerce, Content Hub are desired
