Remote Sr Business Systems Analyst

We're in search of a proficient Business Systems Analyst - III to join our team. In this role, you'll be tasked with reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to develop systems solutions that align with our overall business strategies. Your responsibilities will include documenting system requirements, defining scope and objectives, and creating system specifications to drive development and implementation. Acting as a liaison between IT and users, you'll leverage both business and technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

List of Tasks to be Performed:

• Provide analysis functions and offer business area knowledge and technical expertise to team members engaged in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Offer business area and technical expertise to management and customers to facilitate planning, define business initiatives, and develop solutions to customer information systems needs and requirements.
• Assist customers in defining business requirements and translating them into information systems functions/features. Establish project objectives, quantify benefits, and develop business requirement documentation. Coordinate system installation, evaluate existing systems and procedures, and recommend changes to management.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to ensure timely and effective response to service requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and create Change Requests (using ServiceNow) and initiate Incident Management tickets.
• Provide support for software releases and deployments.
• Offer production-level technical and business support as needed due to various issues.

Requirements

• Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Previous experience and exposure to Web Services using JSON REST, testing using JUnit.
• Public Trust OR Other Government Security Clearances are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. Alternatively, four additional years of related experience can substitute for a degree.
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
• Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis.
