What You'll Do
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, debugging, regression testing, troubleshooting, and providing support for scalable enterprise solution.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancement within the software development lifecycle.
• Actively participate in code reviews and providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement and mentoring of non-senior developers.
• Assist in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and establish positive relationships with colleagues while fostering a highly collaborative environment with constituents to consistently meet and exceed expected service levels.
• Embrace a growth mindset and proactive leadership to foster knowledge and skill development among the team while taking ownership of application development life cycle from inception to delivery.
• Flexibility in performing duties outside of normal work hours, as needed, to address critical business requirements.
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 7 years professional experience with C#, .NET 6/7, ASP.NET
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
• Relational database experience such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL and related ORMs.
• Use of architectural design patterns
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring and telemetry
• Exposure to front-end frameworks Angular, React, JavaScript/Typescript desirable.
• Working knowledge of Alfresco and Azure CI/CD, a bonus.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Adhere to coding standards industry practices, software development methodologies, and project timelines to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing multi-tiered software applications, showcasing your ability to design and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Pay Range: $108,240 - $191,125 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
