  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
  • U.S citizen or green card holder
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8+ years of experience in the field of Business Systems and IT including experience with design, development and integration of applications, services, data, and processes
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with a strong focus to frontend design and development including design and security patterns
  • Build aesthetical, functional, and responsive web-based applications
  • Be able to develop modern web user interfaces according to industry best practices, applying innovative frontend technologies
  • Strong experience with UI frameworks and technologies such as Angular, ReactJS or Vue
  • Knowledge and/or experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM is an asset
  • Experience with web services, microservices, XML/HTTP, REST HTML, servlets, APIs, and SOA
  • Familiar with backend systems such as SalesForce, Apttus, CIAM, and SAP is desired
  • Familiar with cloud (preference to AWS) and/or on-premises using API management tools with preference to Dell Boomi and Apigee is desired
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for both performance and security
  • eCommerce knowledge with a focus of customer acquisition, retention and renewals, product trials, and commerce transactions is desired
  • Be able to collaborate with various cross functional teams, internal/external technical experts, Architects, other Technical Leads, Systems Analysts, and 3rd parties to drive technical solutions
  • Work closely with the Engineers and Product teams to deliver the solution, identify and recommend ways to standardize configuration, and move towards a generic platform
  • Be able to provide technical expertise and complete peer code reviews to team members in a timely manner to ensure code standards, completeness, cleanliness, and quality
  • Familiar with technical estimation techniques and practices
  • Establish best practices in frontend design, development, and code quality
  • Knowledge of the Agile process and experience working in an Agile environment
