Job Responsibilities 

• Initiate, manage, and optimize marketing tasks and collaborate with the team to execute projects.
• Write, edit, proof, and maintain messaging consistency across content.
• Analyze data and metrics, measuring and communicating performance.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards to communicate marketing results with stakeholders.
• Manage activities for conferences and tradeshows.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant field of study required  
• 2+ years relevant experience 
• Passion for renewable energy and supporting the energy transition 
• Excellent and efficient computer skills and proficiency in:
  • MS Office Suite
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Salesforce or other CRM systems to run queries
  • Email campaign software
  • Familiarity with SEO
• Eager to wear many hats and adopt new skills 
• Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management excellence 
• Strong communication skills with a high standard of professionalism in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders 
• Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks 

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000                   

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Ascend highly values our employees and often pays above industry average.
